RETURN POLICY


REFUNDS

If you ordered using a credit card, we will credit your account within 14 business days. The credit should appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.


KIT RETURNS

Please note, if you are wanting to return a product from a kit, we must receive the entire kit before we are able to issue you a refund.

GIFT CARDS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love your purchase, and if for whatever reason you don’t, email us within 30 days of purchase at joellemartineskincare@gmail.com and we will do our best to make you happy. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis, and customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

DO I NEED A RECEIPT FROM MY PURCHASE?

No, however, your order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don't have your order number, we may ask for more information to better assist with your request.

DO YOU TAKE EVERYTHING BACK?

We do our best to accommodate most returns, but in some cases, we cannot accept a return.

IS THERE A TIME LIMIT? WHAT IF THE ITEM IS USED?

Email us within 30 days of purchase at joellemartineskincare@gmail.com to make a return. We will do our best to take care of you and treat you fairly. We ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. From time to time, we may not accept a return.

DAMAGES


If you receive your boxed products and they appear to be damaged you must report this to the shipping courier and JOËLLE MARTINE immediately (joellemartineskincare@gmail.com). 


Inspect all packages at the time of receipt. If you receive an order that has been damaged make sure to take a photo of the damage and report it immediately to the carrier. 


If you do not do this within one business day, then you accept the box in good condition and nothing can be done about the damages. 


Once the order leaves our store, we are not responsible for damages or loss in transit.

BACK-ORDERED PRODUCT


Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. If an item is not in stock, we will ship the order when all items become available.
