Skin is not static; it responds to the rhythms of nature, the environment, and the seasons of our lives. Just as we change out our wardrobes, our nutrition, and our daily routines throughout the year, our skin also requires thoughtful shifts in care. 

 

Understanding how skin behaves in each season allows us to support its natural needs rather than constantly trying to correct it. When we care for skin seasonally, we reduce stress on the barrier, maintain balance, and encourage true longevity.

Spring is nature’s invitation to begin again. As the air warms and light returns, your skin also shifts, shedding the dullness of winter and preparing for a new season of growth. Winter often leaves behind dry buildup and tired-looking skin. Spring is the perfect time to gently clear, refresh, and nourish, allowing your skin to glow naturally without harsh treatments.

Our Spring Routine

MORNING

Step 1 - Cleanse + Renew 

In the morning, combine:
Oat Cleanser

Everything Scrub (Twice Weekly)

In the palm of your hand, add a dime-sized amount of Everything Scrub and then a pump of your Oat Cleanser. As you blend these together, it will become a spongy/foaming scrub. Gently massage this into your skin using your fingertips for a full 2 minutes, then rinse with warm water. This helps lift away dull winter buildup while keeping the skin calm and supported.

 

On Days When You Are Not Using Everything Scrub:

Use Oat Cleanser alone for a gentle daily cleansing. 

Step 2 - Refresh, Hydrate, & Prepare

Lightly spritz your skin with:
Mineral Mist

Full of hyaluronic acid, this mist refreshes your skin and prepares it to absorb nutrients.

Step 3 - Nourish

This step is based on your Skin Type. If you don't know which Skin Type you have, you can do a quick check on our Skin Care 101 page.

 

If your skin is Normal or Dry:

Emu Nectar with Organic Lavender

OR

Liquid Gold with Organic Frankincense

Use 1-2 Drops gently massaging into your skin. These oils provide lipids and nutrients that support healthy renewal.

 

If your skin is Oily skip this step.

Step 4 - Hydrate

Apply a pea-sized amount of:

Moisturizing Day Serum

This locks in hydration, increases longevity with pentapeptides, and supports skin balance throughout the day.

EVENING

At night, your skin shifts into a natural repair mode.

After Cleansing, apply:

Moisturizing Night Serum

Use a pea-sized amount to support overnight turnover of cells and a dose of pentapeptides for smoothing and recovery.

Once per week treat your skin to:
